How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your preferences, and makes future shopping even more magical!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your Ghibli magic to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has entered processing (usually within 1-2 business days), we may not be able to make changes.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Where do you ship from?
All orders begin their magical journey from our headquarters in Akron, Ohio, where our team of fellow Ghibli enthusiasts carefully prepares your items for their adventure to your doorstep.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options to bring Ghibli magic to your door:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Delivers within 10-15 days after dispatch
• Partner carriers: DHL and FedEx
• Processing time: 1-2 business days before dispatch
Free Shipping – Orders Over $50
• Delivers within 15-25 days after dispatch
• Carrier: EMS
• Completely free for orders over $50
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide, bringing Ghibli magic to fans across the globe. However, we’re currently unable to deliver to parts of Asia and some remote areas. If you have concerns about delivery to your specific location, our customer service team can provide more information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s journey from our home to yours. If you need help tracking your package, our support team is always here to assist.
My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely delighted with your Ghibli treasures. We offer returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct product. This ensures you get your preferred Ghibli item as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
