We work our magic quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two enchanting shipping options to bring Ghibli magic to your doorstep:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Best for: Faster delivery with tracking

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Requirement: Orders of $50 or more
  • Best for: Budget-friendly international delivery

Shipping Areas

We ship our Ghibli magic worldwide! However, we’re currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and certain remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can ship to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes even the most magical purchases need adjustment. Our return process is designed to be as straightforward and friendly as the Ghibli characters we adore.

Return & Exchange Window

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To ensure we can process your return, items must be in their original magical condition:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • No signs of use or wear

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the magic and hygiene of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beauty products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Drinkware and Glassware (unless damaged during shipping)
  • Bowls and Ramen Bowls (unless damaged during shipping)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items

All other magical items from our collections (Accessories, Tees, Backpacks & Bags, Beanies, Dresses, Bottoms, and Jewelry) are eligible for return or exchange.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our friendly Ghibli enthusiasts at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team (fellow Ghibli fans!) will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include in your return package:

  • The item in its original condition with all tags attached
  • The original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • The Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account (typically 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution)

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in your return request
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

International Returns

As we serve Ghibli fans worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas), international customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees or import taxes
  • Ensuring the package is properly declared for customs
